The short version
StrimoIPTV collects the minimum needed to sell you a subscription and keep it working: your contact details, your order, and the technical logs your streaming line generates. We never see your card number, we do not sell or rent anything to advertisers, we run no advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and you can ask us to delete your record at any time by sending one message on WhatsApp.
1. Who we are
StrimoIPTV is a subscription streaming service. We supply access to a streaming line — a username, a password and a portal address — that you use inside a third-party player such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or Smart IPTV, on hardware you already own. We do not host, own or broadcast the media that travels through that line.
For the purposes of data protection law, StrimoIPTV is the controller of the personal data described on this page: we decide what is collected and why. If you are in the UK, the EU/EEA, or a US state with its own privacy statute, the rights set out in section 8 apply to you regardless of where our servers sit.
Everything on this page is written about this website and this service only. Links out to WhatsApp, Telegram, a payment page or an app store take you to companies with their own policies, which we do not control.
2. What we collect, and when
There are exactly four moments where data reaches us. Nothing is gathered in the background outside of them.
| When | What we receive | Is it optional? |
|---|---|---|
| You submit the checkout form | Name, email address, phone number, the plan and payment method you selected, and any note you type in the message box | Required — without them there is nobody to send the line to |
| Any form submission | The IP address the request came from, and the date and time, stored alongside the order | Automatic — it is how we spot bot spam and duplicate orders |
| You message support | Your WhatsApp or Telegram display name and number, your email address, and the content of the conversation | You choose the channel; we keep the thread so the next agent has context |
| You watch on your line | Connection logs from the streaming panel: IP, approximate location, device or player, and how many connections are active at once | Automatic and technical — it is what enforces your connection limit |
Two of these deserve a longer explanation, because they are the ones people ask about.
The order record
When you press the order button, the details are written into our own WordPress installation as a private record that only a logged-in administrator can open. A copy is emailed to our orders inbox through Resend, our transactional email provider, so the team is alerted immediately instead of sitting refreshing a dashboard. That email contains the same fields, nothing more.
The streaming panel logs
Your line lives on an IPTV panel that records connection activity: which IP connected, at what time, and how many streams were open. We are upfront about this because it is not optional and it is not marketing — it is the mechanism that stops one subscription being shared across twenty households, and it is what our support team reads when you tell us a channel is freezing. These are technical records tied to a line. We do not build a viewing profile from them, sell them, or use them to target you with anything.
If you use a VPN, the panel records the VPN's exit IP, not your home address. That is fine and it breaks nothing on our side — just mention it to support if a login ever looks unusual to us.
3. What we never collect
- Card numbers, CVV codes or bank credentials. Payment happens on a secure link hosted by the payment provider. Card details are typed on their page, on their servers. What comes back to us is confirmation that a payment cleared, and the amount — never the instrument itself.
- Government ID, home address or date of birth. We run no credit checks and ask for no documents.
- A per-title record of what you watch. We are not building a viewing history against your name, and there is none to sell.
- Anything from advertising networks. No Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, no third-party ad script anywhere on this site.
4. Why we use each piece of data
Data protection law requires a lawful reason for every use. Ours are narrow, and you can check each one against the table above.
- To perform the contract you asked for — creating your line, sending your credentials, providing setup help, and processing a refund if you claim one. This covers your name, email, phone number and plan.
- Our legitimate interest in running the service safely — the IP address and the panel connection logs, used to prevent fraud, block spam submissions, enforce the connection limit, and diagnose faults on a specific line.
- Our legal obligations — keeping a basic record of payments taken, for the period tax and accounting rules require.
- Your consent — the only thing that ever rests on consent is an optional announcement or offer email, if you ask for them. You can withdraw it at any time and it changes nothing about your subscription.
We do not send unsolicited marketing. If an email from us arrives, it is about your order, your credentials, your renewal date, or something you explicitly asked to be told about.
5. Who else sees your data
A short list, and every entry exists for a reason you can point at:
- Our payment provider — receives your name, email and the amount so it can take the payment and issue a receipt. We receive the result, not the card.
- Resend, our email delivery service — receives your email address and the message content in order to deliver order confirmations and credentials.
- Our hosting provider — runs the server where this website and the order records physically sit.
- Our upstream streaming panel — receives the username created for your line, and the technical connection data described above.
- WhatsApp or Telegram — if you choose to contact us there, that conversation is stored by them under their own policies, in addition to our copy.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data, we do not rent mailing lists, and we do not pass your details to data brokers or advertisers. If StrimoIPTV were ever sold or merged, customer records would transfer with the business and you would be told before it happened.
We would disclose data to a public authority only where a valid, binding legal request compels us to, and only the specific records that request covers.
6. How long we keep it
| Record | Kept for |
|---|---|
| Order record (name, email, phone, plan) | The life of the subscription plus 24 months — so a returning customer can be reactivated without re-registering, and a refund claim can be verified |
| Payment and invoice records | As long as tax and accounting rules require, typically 6 years |
| Support conversations | 12 months after the last message, so a recurring fault has history behind it |
| Panel connection logs | A rolling window, typically no more than 90 days |
| Submissions flagged as spam | 30 days, then deleted |
If you ask for deletion before those periods end, we delete everything except the minimum we are legally required to keep for accounting. See section 8.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website runs no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no cross-site trackers. Browsing the public pages sets nothing that identifies you.
Two technical exceptions exist, and neither profiles you:
- WordPress session and security cookies, set only when someone logs into the administrator area. Ordinary visitors never receive them.
- Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces this site is set in. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, and that request carries your IP address as any web request does. No cookie is set by it.
Because nothing here follows you across sites, you will not find a consent banner nagging you on every page. There is nothing to consent to.
8. Your rights and how to use them
Whichever country you order from, we apply the same set of rights to every customer:
- Access — ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Correction — have a wrong email address, phone number or spelling fixed.
- Deletion — have your record erased once there is no active subscription and no open payment obligation.
- Objection and restriction — tell us to stop a particular use, such as service emails.
- Portability — receive your details in a machine-readable file.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from anything optional, without affecting your subscription.
- No sale of personal information — this one needs no request. We do not sell it, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To use any of them, message us on WhatsApp or email support@strimoiptv.live from the address on your order, and say what you want. We reply within 30 days, usually far sooner, and we never charge a fee. We may ask one verification question — normally the plan and the rough date of your order — to be sure we are not handing your data to somebody else.
Deleting your record while a subscription is still running will end that subscription, because a line cannot be supported without a customer to support. Ask for deletion once your term is finished if you want to watch it out.
9. How we protect the data
The administrator area is password-protected and limited to our own team. Order records are stored as private entries that never appear on the public site and are not indexed by search engines. The checkout form is protected by a security token and a hidden honeypot field, which together block the automated submissions that would otherwise bury the inbox in junk. Access to the streaming panel is restricted to the operators who need it.
No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affected your data in a way that carried real risk to you, we would tell you and the relevant regulator without delay, and we would say specifically what was exposed.
10. Where the data lives
Our website and order records are hosted on a European server. Our email delivery, payment processing and streaming infrastructure are provided by companies that may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, it is covered by the standard contractual protections those providers publish, and the rights in section 8 continue to apply to you.
11. Children
StrimoIPTV is sold to adults. The service is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has placed an order, contact us and we will remove the record and cancel the line.
Separately: every plan lets you switch adult categories off entirely, and you can ask for that at activation rather than configuring it afterwards. Say the word when you order and the line arrives with them hidden.
12. Changes and contact
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how your data is used — a new processor, a new purpose — we tell existing customers directly rather than quietly editing the page.
Questions, requests, or a complaint about how we have handled your data: message the WhatsApp number in the footer, or email support@strimoiptv.live. If you are in the UK or the EU and our answer does not satisfy you, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
